Castlevania 4 Review

Hey guys, Mike here. Today I wanna talk about a certain game... CASTLEVANIA 4 on SNES. So, right off the bat, this game rocks. I'll just say it. The game rocks. But why does it rock? Allow me to brake it down for you

COOL GRAPHICS: The game just looks awesome. The look is almost like Demon's Crest (AWESOME) but not quite as good, which I can forgive because CV4 came out much earlier. The monsters are cool, Simone Belmont is as buff as Arnold Shwarzenger and he could probably take on a predator or two. Oh, and the game has Mode 7. Nuff said.

GOOD CHALLENGE: It's hard, but not THAT hard. You'll die a bunch, but you get better as you play and can beat it. It has a password system so you can pick up where you left off, which makes it easier since you don't have to start over every time. The passwords is kine of a ripoff of Demon's Crest though, just saying.

CREEPY MUSIC: Okay, some of the music is like action packed, some of it is like it was written by Motsart, but my favorite tracks are the scary ones that sound like they're from a horror movie. It makes me feel scared, which is more proof that the SNES can do literally anything.

SICK MOVES: Simon Belmot has some serious skills with the whip. He can whip in any, YES, ANY, direction, and he can use his whip to swing on stuff, and he can kinda wiggle it around too. He can also walk backwards up stairs which is cool because it's kinda like he's moonwalking like Michael Jackston.

So yeah, if all of that sounds totally awesome to you, which it should, you should go play DEMON'S CREST, because it's awesome. But after that, you can try CASTLEVANIA 4 because it's not too far behind.

Thanks for readin'!
